Q: Do you offer service year-round?
A: We sure do! Our weekly yard maintenance runs all year long—rain, shine, or snow—so you can avoid a messy spring surprise.
Q: Can I cancel my service anytime?
A: Absolutely. We understand life happens. Just send us a quick email at admin@doodycall.ca and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q: Do you sanitize your tools between yards?
A: Yes, without fail. We disinfect all tools on-site after every visit using a biodegradable, kennel-grade disinfectant to keep your yard (and our process) safe and hygienic.
Q: What if there’s a LOT of poop? Like...a lot?
A: No judgment here! Our pricing is based on yard size and number of dogs—not how long it’s been since the last cleanup. We’re here to help you reclaim your space, no matter the state.
Q: Do you take the waste with you?
A: We do! As a full-service dog waste removal company, we scoop, bag, and haul it away so you don’t have to deal with a thing—except maybe giving us a high five.
Q: Where does the waste go?
A: All waste is disposed of responsibly at local dumps. We’re also actively exploring partnerships with eco-friendly and renewable waste solutions for a more sustainable future.
Q: Do I always have to pay for an initial clean?
A: Not necessarily! If your yard is already in great shape, we may be able to start with regular weekly visits right away. If it needs a bit of extra love first, we’ll let you know and provide a custom quote for the initial cleanup.
Q: Can I purchase a gift card?
A: Yes you can! Gift cards are available and make a thoughtful (and hilarious) gift for any pet parent. Just note: they come with an expiry date of 12 months.
Q: Do I need to be home during service?
A: Not at all. As long as we have access to your yard, you can go about your day worry-free. We’ll send a text when we're on the way, and a photo of your locked gate (if applicable) once we’re done.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Easy! Pay securely online via the link in your quote or invoice. We also accept e-transfers and good old-fashioned cash.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We proudly serve all of Peterborough County and the Kawartha Lakes.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Simply fill out our form at www.doodycall.ca/appointments or call us at 249-504-1766. Once you accept your quote, we’ll schedule your first visit.
Q: What if I go on vacation?
A: Enjoy your time away! Just let us know your travel dates by emailing admin@doodycall.ca, and we’ll pause your service until you're back.
Q: Do you service cottages?
A: We sure do! Whether it’s your primary residence or a weekend escape, we’ve got you covered.
Q: Can my dogs be outside while you're working?
A: We’re dog lovers through and through! As long as your pups are friendly, they’re welcome to stay out while we clean. If they’re known to be territorial or reactive, we kindly ask that they stay inside during our visit.
Q: Are you registered and insured?
A: Yes! We’re fully registered and insured for your peace of mind.
Q: How much does the service cost?
A: Our weekly service starts at $25/week for one dog. Each additional dog is just $15/week. Pricing may vary slightly depending on yard size, and we’re happy to provide a free quote!
